Our refund and return window is 2–3 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 3 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was delivered. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
Mandatory Opening Video
When your package arrives, please record a clear, uncut video of the parcel before opening it.
If you ever need a return or exchange, this video is required for verification.

Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required to complete any return request.
Inspection & Approval
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. You will be informed whether your return has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that the bank or payment provider may take a few days to reflect the refund.

Sale Items
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at buytramadolstore@proton.me
Gift Orders
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit once the return is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return a product, you must mail the item to the address we provide during your return approval process.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the final amount.
Delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
For valuable or high-priced items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
